Lourdes Bosch Carries

After completing her degree in architecture, she worked for the first few years in various architectural firms, initially in Girona and then in Palma, where she moved to live.

She later joined the Technical Services of the Palma Urban Planning Department, first in Planning, then in Building Permits and finally as Technical Director of the Urban Planning Department. At the Consell de Mallorca she has worked in the Territorial Authorisations department, in the areas of rustic land and effects of coastal easements.

After completing her time as a technician at Palma City Council, with a desire to contribute to society and improve it, she began a period as a politician, during which she was a councillor for the Palma municipality for two terms and a deputy in the Balearic Parliament, being the spokesperson for Tourism.

After her political career ended, she founded LBA Architecture & Town Planning, with the intention of resuming her professional career as an architect specialising in urban planning, applying all the knowledge she had acquired over the years, offering, as added value, in-depth knowledge of the different administrations, their regulations and processing processes.
